Format of the Supervision
Supervision provides therapists with the opportunity to share their knowledge of how to apply EFT with their colleagues. During supervision, attendees can ask for extra input from fellow attendees on the client cases that they are finding challenging.
Supervision is also the place to share information about working with specific types of issues: information that could enhance your fellow attendees’ knowledge base. Many attendees share valuable information about working with real-life cases, such as how they overcame specific challenges, the techniques they applied, what they found useful, what they didn’t find useful. Client confidentiality is retained during supervision.
Supervision is a place to find support. Support helps therapists thrive in their EFT practice. It is essential when it comes to running a professional practice.
Supervision is also the place to discuss how working with clients has affected you as the therapist. It is essential that therapists receive support as it can at times be a challenging profession. Fellow attendees often share their knowledge on how they have coped with similar issues.
Supervision is also the place to keep informed about changes within the profession that might impact your practice.
It is also the place to share information about innovations relevant to an EFT practitioner.
Improving Your Therapy Business
It is also the place to share ideas about marketing your practice. Networking with colleagues is important, supervision gives attendees the opportunity to meet with fellow practitioners and develop relationships that will help support them in their EFT Practice.
Stimulating and Inspiring
Supervision is a stimulating environment that helps attendees thrive in their EFT Practice.
